New building, renovation & maintenance

For new building, renovation, maintenance and inspection of railroad infrastructure, BSE Ymond has developed and built a large number of innovative products. All machines are characterized by their fast deployment, independence and user friendliness. Each machine is custom build for its specific purpose it was designed for.

All vehicles/machines are equipped with their own power source and remote control, enabling proportional control of all movements. Of course all machines comply with the machine guidelines that apply and specific regulations for allowance on railroad.

Amongst others, we can deliver the following vehicles/machines for application on railroad:

• Platform for excavator
  By mounting a specially designed arial basket on an excavator that is equipped for railroad, extra functionality can be added to the excavator at relatively low cost.
• Railroad trailer with elevating platform
  All-round arial lift for maintenance and inspection activities on rail infra, viaducts and art objects. Can be used on road, railroad and tram track.
• Railroad trailer with elevating platform LIGHT
  All-round arial lift for maintenance and inspection activities on all kind of rail infrastructure objects, viaducts or art objects. Can be used on road, railroad and tram track. Now developed as single road axle trailer for even more functionality.
• BSE Railplatform
  Elevating platform with large platform for large scale projects (new building and revision) in the field of rail infrastructure.
• Platform on container
  The solution for renewal of overhead wire. The platform built on top of a 40 ft container can be moved up and down hydraulically. Multiple containers with platforms (train), acting in unison is possible
• BSE Haulotte
  The Haulotte is an articulated telescopic boom lift equipped for railroad. All-round arial lift for maintenance and inspection activities on rail infrastructure, viaducts and art objects.
• Rail bound scaffold
  The solution for training personel for performing activities on rail infrastructure objects. The rail bound scaffold can be equipped with its own drive capability.
• Wire lifter
  The wirelifter can easily lift new overhead wire, that is unrolled from a reel unit, up to the desired height when a new overhead wire is mounted.
• Measuring blade
  For height measurements of the overhead wire on rail, BSE Ymond has developed and build a measurement systems. The height of the overhead wire can be read from a large digital display while the zigzag can be read from a scale. Logging of data is possible.
• Catenary installation unit
  For replacing or installing new catenary wire above railroad, a catenary installation unit is the machine of choice. The unit can be used to wind in old catenary wire or wind out new catenary wire under tension or both at the same time.
• SRS Dealer
  BSE Ymond BV is the exclusive agent of SRS Sjölanders (Swedish Rail Systems) for the Netherlands. SRS builds railroad undercarriages for truck chassis’ to make them able to drive on railroad. On top of the chassis SRS can deliver many different structures/modules for all kinds of activities on railroad.
