Machine for applying shade cloth
For applying shade cloth in glasshouses (greenhouses), BSE Ymond has already developed and build many BSE Machines for applying shade cloth. This heavy duty scissorlift is mounted on tracks and has a very high loading capacity compared to many other smaller arial lifts. Because the conditions during greenhouse construction are often heavy, our tracked scissorlift is the preferred choice of machine for applying shade cloth. In every application that requires the mounting at a certain height of materials over a large area our machine is usable. For example, our machine was also used for mounting all kind of equipment and isolation in tunnels, under viaducts and in train tunnels.
This type of machine has a platform that is extendable on four sides to generate a very large floor area to work on. The machine is also equipped with a turntable, so the platform can rotate with respect to the undercarriage. In this way one complete section of the greenhouse can be fitted with wires and shade cloth when the machine is rotated. Other activities, like final assembling of the greenhouse can also be carried out with this machine. If the machine is fitted with a fork lift mast, it can also be used as a building platform. This gives the machine extra functionality at relative low cost.
This machine is always equipped with a diesel engine (complies with latest greenhouse emissions regulations) that drives a set of hydraulic pumps. These pumps provide drive on the tracks and all other hydraulic functions. All machines are standard delivered with remote control. Control of forklift mast functions, track driving and lifting/descending the platform is proportional.
