Patented building machine
For building glasshouses (greenhouses), BSE Ymond has already developed and build many BSE Building machines. This heavy duty scissorlift is mounted on tracks and has a very high loading capacity compared to many other smaller arial lifts. Because the conditions during greenhouse construction are often heavy, our tracked scissorlift is the preferred choice of machine for construction activities. Besides building the metal construction for greenhouses the machine can also be used to build the steel construction for shopping malls or garden centres.
Because heavy trusses have to be transported to the platform for construction of greenhouses, the undercarriage is often equipped with a forklift mast. This forklift mast can pickup heavy building material from ground level and lift it to the platform easily like a forklift. Another possibility is mounting a crane on the undercarriage that can be used to pick up and place the legs of the greenhouse. The scissor package with the hydraulic lifting cylinder provides lifting power for the platform, loading capacities up to 3000kg are possible. Because of the special construction of the platform, it is extendable on 4 sides. Due to this construction a large surface area is available on the platform while it remains perfectly rectangular in all positions. The design of the undercarriage enables the machine to manually (or automatically) tilt 5 degrees in two directions (over length and over width) to level the machine. The BSE building machine is therefore capable of working safely on very uneven terrain.
The BSE Building machine is equipped with a diesel engine (complies with latest greenhouse emissions regulations) that drives a set of hydraulic pumps. These pumps provide drive on the tracks and all other hydraulic functions. All machines are standard delivered with remote control. Control of forklift mast functions, track driving and lifting/descending the platform is proportional.
