For glazing\u00a0glasshouses (greenhouses), BSE Ymond has already developed and build many BSE Glazing\u00a0machines. This\u00a0heavy duty scissorlift\u00a0is mounted on tracks and has a very high loading capacity compared to many other smaller arial lifts. Because the conditions during greenhouse construction are often heavy, our\u00a0tracked scissorlift is\u00a0the preferred choice of machine for glazing\u00a0activities. Besides glazing\u00a0greenhouses the machine can also be used to glaze\u00a0shopping malls or garden centres, because of their similar construction. <\/strong><\/p>\n The BSE Glazing machine is specially designed to pick up, manipulate and place glasses in greenhouses. For this purpose specially designed glass manipulators are mounted on the long sides of the platform. These glass manipulators are equipped with glass racks that can lift glasses by vacuum. The arm of the glass manipulator can be hydraulically moved up or down. The manipulators can be moved manually or hydraulically (option) along the side of the platform. To raise glass packages to the platform, glass lifts can be mounted on the platform or on the undercarriage at the front and back of the machine. These glass lifts can be highly automated \u00a0as the hydraulical functions\u00a0for lifting, rotating, turning over and pushing the glass package on the platform can be incorporated. On the platform, glass trolleys can move along\u00a0rails to receive the glass package and present the glasses to the glass manipulators.<\/p>\n The BSE Glazing machine is equipped with a diesel engine (complies with latest greenhouse emissions regulations) that drives a set of hydraulic pumps. These pumps provide drive on the tracks and all other hydraulic functions. All machines are standard delivered with remote control.
